Got stuck at duty until around 1100 today. Missed CrossFit. Made it out to do a good POSE session and got a little time in the pool. Very tired from duty and being sick. Not too sure what TD70 is going to entail. My goal is to be healthy and training hard again on TD69, if not sooner,
